أن من أثر الدعوة الإسلامية هو إنشاء المجتمع الصالح ونشر التعاطف والتواد بين أعضائه، كل فرد فيه يحمل كماً هائلاً من العاطفة نحو الفرد الآخر يحب لغيره كما يحب لنفسه ، يسدده بالنصيحة إذا كان محتاجاً لها، ويقدم له المساعدة عند العوز، ويعرض عليه خدماته كلما ألمت به الحاجة. وهذه صفة المجتمع الإسلامي في تواده و تراحمه كالجسد الواحد يعضد بعضه بعضاً خلافاً للمجتمعات المادية التي يعيش كل فرد فيه عالمه الخاص الذي لا يمت بأية صلة بعالم الآخرين، لا جسور بينهم ولا تواصل كالجزر المتناثرة في بحر مظلم. وعندما يسود القانون تطمئن النفوس وتهدأ الخواطر ويشعر كل فرد في المجتمع بأنه في مأمن من أي متجاوز يتطاول على ماله او حياته أو عياله وهذه من سمات الدعوة إلى الله. وليس من الغريب أن نجد ان المجتمعات والدول التي يسود فها قانون السماء ينتشر فيها الأمن والاستقرار أيضاً. وفي ظل شرع الله وتطبيق ما جاء في دستوره وهو القرآن الكريم فسوف تنعم المجتمعات في الآمن والأمان وينصلح المجتمع في نشر دين الله والدعوة لتحقيق مجتمعات آمنة مطمئنة في ضل الشرع وتطبيق أوامره ونواهيه ومن خلال خطط واجراءات تضعها الشريعة الإسلامية لإصلاح المجتمع الذي ينعكس بدوره على رفاهية المجتمع واستقراره.
