بهدف القاء الضوء على حقوق الطفل وما نالته من صور متفاوتة من الاهتمام والرعاية في ظل الحضارات القديمة وما أقره الاسلام من اهتمام ورعاية بالطفل باعتباره كائن أعزل اولى بالرعاية وما اولته الاتفاقية الدولية لحقوق الطفل لعام (1989م) من اهتمام بالغ بالطفل وحقوقه ......الخ ،سوف نتناول الموضوع على وفق ثلاثة فصول :-
المبحث الاول منها لنشأة وتطور قواعد حقوق الطفل ، ونتطرق في المبحث الثاني منها لبيان حقوق الطفل في الاسلام ،فيما نتولى بيان حقوق الطفل في الاتفاقية الدولية لحقوق الطفل لعام (1989م) في المبحث الثالث.

Abstract
In order to shed light on the rights of the child and the various forms of attention and care that followed it in the light of ancient civilizations and the interest and care established by Islam as a defenseless being a primary caregiver and the great attention paid to the child’s rights and rights in the International Convention of 1989etc We will address the issue according to three Chapters……The first chapter is for the establishment and development of children’s rights rules, and in the second chapter we discuss the rights of the child in Islam, while we take up a statement on children’s rights in the International Convention on the Rights of the Child of 1989 in the third chapter.
