يهدف البحث الحالي القاء الضوء على حقوق المرأة في الاسلام والحضارات الاخرى وما نالته من صور متفاوتة من الاهتمام والرعاية في ظل الحضارات القديمة وما أقره الاسلام من اهتمام ورعاية المرأة باعتبارها نصف المجتمع اولى بالرعاية وما اولته الحضارات القديمة لحقوق المرأة ......الخ ،سوف نتناول الموضوع على وفق ثلاثة مباحث هي :-
المبحث الاول تناول بعد المقدمة مفاهيم عامة حول حقوق المرأة ، حقوق المرأة وفق المنظمات العالمية ، ونتطرق في المبحث الثاني حقوق المرأة في الحضارات ،فيما تناول المبحث الثالث حقوق المرأة في الاسلام، وقد خرج البحث بعدد من النتائج والتوصيات.

Abstract
The current research aims to shed light on the rights of women in Islam and their different forms of attention and care in light of ancient civilizations and what Islam has approved of the concern and care of women as they are the most caring half of society and what ancient civilizations gave to women’s rights ….etc . We will address the topic According to three topic ,namely the first topic ,after the introduction ,it dealt with concepts of women’s rights in civilizations, while the second topic dealt with women’s rights in Islam, and the research came out with a number of recommendations and proposals.
